Recruiting Specialist - Syracuse University : Job Details

Reporting to the Executive Director of Graduate Admissions and Student Recruitment, the Recruiting Specialist strengthens the Whitman School of Managements graduate-enrollment efforts by helping to implement high-impact outreach for masters and MBA pipelines, emphasizing domestic students, and supporting the schools residential and online portfolio of programs. The specialist builds relationships with prospective students and orchestrates virtual and in-person events that move candidates from inquiry to enrollment. In close collaboration with leadership, Whitmans Career Center, and student-services teams ensures every applicant receives a seamless, high-touch experience that is best-in-class. Success is measured by inquiry growth, application volume, yield within targeted domestic markets, and the effective integration of online-student recruitment.
