About the roleWe are looking for an experienced and strategic Recruiting Manager to lead talent acquisition efforts within our high-growth insurance organization. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies that attract top-tier talent across claims, tech, customer service, and corporate support functions. What we needLead and Manage the Recruiting Team: Oversee a team of recruiters responsible for sourcing and hiring talent across all functions of the business.
Partner with Business Leaders: Collaborate closely with leaders across departments to understand hiring needs, develop tailored strategies, and address hard-to-fill roles.
Build and Maintain Talent Pipelines: Proactively source and nurture a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring demands.
Drive Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate selection, and offer management.
Optimize Recruiting Processes: Evaluate, implement, and refine recruiting workflows to increase efficiency and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.
Leverage Data and Analytics: Use recruiting metrics to track performance, uncover trends, and continuously improve hiring strategies.
Ensure Compliance: Maintain full compliance with insurance industry standards, employment laws, and internal company policies throughout all recruitment efforts.
Employer Brand Strategy: Design and execute strategies to elevate and promote the company's employer brand in the market.
ATS Transition and Optimization: Lead the transition to a new applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring it's configured to support efficient processes and accurate data management.
