Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30pm CST Type: 6 Months (Possibility for extension or perm) Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews and phone screens, working directly with candidates and hiring managers, and arranging travel for visiting candidates when necessary.
• Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirm new hires.
• Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates regarding recruiting status via phone and email.
• Track recruiting activities and provide candidate status in a weekly report.
• Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and provide debrief materials.
• Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
• Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.

Qualifications

• At least one year of recruiting coordinator or coordination experience.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Superb customer focus, attention to detail, and organizational skills for scheduling

Work Environment This position is based onsite, providing a dynamic and collaborative work environment where you will be involved in a variety of recruiting activities. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
