In this role, you'll be instrumental in delivering a seamless and high-quality candidate experience from interview scheduling through onboarding. You'll coordinate interviews, manage logistics, and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for tools like Paradox and Workday. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity, ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about operational excellence in recruiting. Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and professional candidate journey by managing communications, resolving issues, and providing timely updates throughout the hiring process.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews for hourly and salaried roles using Paradox and spreadsheets. Manage travel logistics via Navan and issue visitor passes for onsite interviews.
- System Expertise: Act as an SME for Paradox and Workday, troubleshooting issues, managing templates, and escalating system concerns as needed.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and interview panels to align schedules and ensure a coordinated process.
- HR Shared Services Support: Respond to inquiries via ServiceNow and provide guidance on recruiting and employee lifecycle processes.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiencies in scheduling, offer generation, and other recruiting workflows.
- Compliance: Maintain confidentiality and ensure adherence to company policies and legal standards.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience coordinating interviews and managing calendars.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday) and scheduling tools (e.g., Paradox).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

- Problem-solving skills, including technical troubleshooting and conflict resolution.
Preferred Qualifications
