This job description outlines the objective, primary responsibilities, requirements, and qualifications of the Human Resources Liaison.
Reports To: Recruiting Manager
Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
Responsible for completing screening calls for external staff members.
Assist in the recruitment process, which includes but is not limited to:
Completing interviews
Reference checks
Compliance follow-up
Extending offers
Completion of paperwork
Maintenance of electronic tools for tracking
Maintenance of the internal database
Responsible for quickly answering a high volume of calls.
Responsible for maintaining and monitoring compliance.
Responsible for daily documentation of all responsibilities.
Responsible for submitting reports daily on activity.
Responsible for following defined processes and understanding the company operations.
Willing to travel to Havertown and Phoenixville.
Demonstrates positive morale.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Must have own transportation - travel is required.
Must have 2+ years of experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Must have a high school diploma.
Must possess excellent communication skills.
Must be organized and detail-oriented.
Must be motivated.
Must have experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Google Workspace.
Must have strong customer service experience.
