Job Description :

This job description outlines the objective, primary responsibilities, requirements, and qualifications of the Human Resources Liaison.

Reports To: Recruiting Manager

Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

  • Responsible for completing screening calls for external staff members.

  • Assist in the recruitment process, which includes but is not limited to:

    • Completing interviews

    • Reference checks

    • Compliance follow-up

    • Extending offers

    • Completion of paperwork

    • Maintenance of electronic tools for tracking

    • Maintenance of the internal database

  • Responsible for quickly answering a high volume of calls.

  • Responsible for maintaining and monitoring compliance.

  • Responsible for daily documentation of all responsibilities.

  • Responsible for submitting reports daily on activity.

  • Responsible for following defined processes and understanding the company operations.

  • Willing to travel to Havertown and Phoenixville.

  • Demonstrates positive morale.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must have own transportation - travel is required.

  • Must have 2+ years of experience working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must have a high school diploma.

  • Must possess excellent communication skills.

  • Must be organized and detail-oriented.

  • Must be motivated.

  • Must have experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Google Workspace.

  • Must have strong customer service experience.
