Recruiting Coordinator - Corps Team : Job Details

Our client, a retail chain of home improvement and agriculture stores, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for a 6 month contract position in Brentwood, TN. This position is fully onsite. Day to Day Provide administrative and operational support to the recruiting team in support of securing and hiring talent and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Coordinates interview scheduling on behalf of recruiters. Supports interview and screening of Customer Solutions Center and other entry level applicants for technical competence, applicable background and skills, and the ability to fit into the organization and function effectively. Communicate company culture, values, and job requirements to candidates. Create, post and maintain job requisitions in applicant tracking system according to outlined process. Coordinate weekly new hire emails to new hires and managers in advance of upcoming hire date. Ensures all new hire processes are complete for each candidate.
