Salary/Hourly Rate:$25/hr Position Overview:The Recruiting Coordinator will work closely with Executive Account Managers, supporting all aspects of candidate placement, client communications, and recruiting workflows. This is a great opportunity for an early-career Recruiting Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, people-driven setting and is eager to build foundational skills in the recruiting and staffing world. Responsibilities of the Recruiting Coordinator:
  • Post open positions, screen resumes, and assist with sourcing top-tier talent.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate follow-ups between clients and candidates.
  • Handle new hire paperwork and track onboarding steps.
  • Communicate with clients regarding timesheet approvals and weekly updates.
  • Maintain candidate records and job statuses in the internal tracking system.
  • Monitor and update team reporting, including ACP metrics and assignment details.
  • Conduct QC calls to ensure high-quality placements and positive candidate experience.
  • Act as the key Recruiting Coordinator for managing logistics and timelines across multiple requisitions.
  • Support ad hoc admin projects and talent initiatives as needed.
Required Experience/Skills for the Recruiting Coordinator:
  • 0 - 1 year of professional experience or strong internship experience in recruiting, HR, or business support.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage shifting priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Recruiting Coordinator:
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems or sourcing platforms is a plus.
  • Interest in talent acquisition, client services, or workforce operations.
  • Ability to manage administrative processes in a fast-moving environment.
  • Eagerness to grow into a long-term Recruiting Coordinator or recruiter role.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
