In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in identifying, evaluating, and hiring future Trove team members; and supporting our Recruiting, and HR, teams with various tasks and projects that strengthen and grow our world-class team and culture. Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include:Full cycle recruitment on entry level roles including sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessments. Ability to maintain and fill multiple job requisitions at one time. Gather, maintain, and analyze recruiting data and metrics including assisting with forecasting. Manage, maintain, and improve our ATS platform. Help maintain world class candidate and hiring experience through onboarding and interview processes.
