Role: Recruiting Coordinator

Location: New York, NY

Hybrid: 4 days in office (Monday Thursday)

Compensation range: Up to $80k base salary plus bonus

Our client is a growing investment firm with over 1300 employees globally and is known for their incredible dynamic culture. The US team is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to work closely with their US Recruiting Specialist and take ownership of their campus and early careers program. This is an exciting opportunity to have direct impact into the business and make a mark on the incoming population!

Reporting to the Recruitment Coordinator lead, you will:

  • Work with the Recruiting Specialist to support recruitment for the graduate, MBA, intern and junior talent populations for the US business.
  • Review applications to determine suitability for active roles.
  • Facilitate the interview process from start to finish liaising with internal stakeholders.
  • Manage the ATS to make sure data is up to date.
  • Key requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience with recruitment administration/coordination.
  • Experience working within a fast-paced environment with high-volume recruiting.
  • Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
