You will protect and promote the interests of both Gilbane and the client in all matters as well as demonstrating the personal characteristics of a developing leader. Responsibilities

• Assists in the review of applications and screening of applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about the organization and position
• Coordinates interviews with hiring managers, including scheduling and follow-up; qualifies and refers candidates for additional interviews with other members of the hiring team
• Performs recruiting tasks in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) including posting new positions, corresponding with and dispositioning candidates, generating offer letters, issuing approvals, etc
• Tracks and generate reports on various recruiting metrics; performs regular audits in iCIMS to ensure data integrity
• Assist with the administrative duties of our College Recruitment program
• Utilizes Internet online recruiting sources to place job advertisements and source/ identify potential candidates
• Ensures compliance with OFCCP and Gilbane recruiting policies
• Performs related duties as assigned

Experience/Education Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Recruiting Coordinator experience, with the ideal candidate having full cycle recruiting experience
• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Customer service oriented, with exceptional communication skills
• Understanding of recruiting principles and best practices, with demonstrated success in coordinating recruiting activities
• Excellent computer skills with advanced skills in MS Office Suite and Applicant Tracking systems (iCIMS desirable)
• Strong attention to detail with ability to audit data and spot/correct inconsistencies
• Highly organized and process oriented with strong follow-up skills
• Exceptional time management skills; proactive with a strong sense of urgency and ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing work environment

Role requires an in office presence at least 3 days a week. Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team. For Rhode Island this ranges from $43,600.00-$60,000.00 plus benefits and retirement program. Gilbane offers an excellent total compensation package which includes competitive health and welfare benefits and a generous profit-sharing/401k plan.
