Recruiting Coordinator

Reliable Respiratory is a Durable Medical Equipment (DME) company that provides the highest quality level of service for patients in need of respiratory, diabetes, urology, and maternity support. Equipment provided includes, CPAPs, BiPAPs, AutoPAPs, nebulizers, oxygen equipment, ventilators, CGM devices, insulin pumps, and breast pumps.

The Recruiting Coordinator supports the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate and hiring manager experience. This role manages scheduling, communication, and logistical aspects of recruitment efforts, and collaborates with the HR team and managers to deliver an efficient, organized, and professional hiring process.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Post job openings on internal and external job boards.
  • Prepare interview guides, candidate packets, and related materials.
  • Schedule interviews, assessments, and other hiring-related meetings.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and clear communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
  • Coordinate with HR and operations teams to support onboarding logistics.
  • Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure recruiting activities are compliant with applicable labor laws and internal policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive candidate and company information.
Basic Qualifications
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States and not require work authorization from us now or in the future
  • Associate's degree required, bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition is required
  • Knowledge and application of federal and state employment law
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications required. ADP Workforce Now administrative experience is preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Available to assist the HR department with other HR related tasks
