This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively juggle multiple tasks while providing exceptional service to clients and associates. Join our team to ensure a seamless recruitment and onboarding experience while fostering strong relationships with clients and candidates. This role consists of 100% account administration.Responsibilities Of The Recruiting Coordinator (Early Talent)

  • Recruitment & Candidate Experience:
    • Support the full-cycle recruitment for interns and early-career professionals, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
    • Evaluate, prioritize, and execute Client and Associate requests related to the hiring and employment of students.
    • Manage and monitor internal and external job postings via the appropriate technology platform.
    • Coordinate interview requests and manage scheduling, tagging Recruiter as needed.
    • Assist Recruiter in matching qualified candidates against open requisitions, ensuring a qualified candidate slate.
    • Facilitate pre-interview meetings with candidates to ensure they are well-prepared and set up for success.
    • Provide updates to candidates throughout the interviewing process, including dispositioning as required.
    • Facilitate offer letters for selected candidates and ensure timely execution and return.
    • Support employment activities, such as processing rehire eligibility requests, distributing satisfaction surveys, etc.
    • Partner with the Associates and Onboarding team to gather all details required to initiate and complete the onboarding process.
    • Deliver a high-touch candidate experience, modeling professionalism and delivering 'white glove' service.
  • Stakeholder & Client Collaboration:
    • Develop strong, cross-functional relationships with both Atrium and client teams.
    • Maintain communication with hiring managers and candidates through tools such as ATS, client email, MS Teams, or other internal platforms.
    • Participate in regular status meetings with internal Atrium teams and client stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and drive overall program success.
    • Respond to manager and candidate inquiries in an efficient and timely manner.
    • Proactively resolve escalated issues in collaboration with leadership.
  • Reporting Analytics & Presentations:
    • Maintain accurate records in ATS and update shared trackers (Excel, Google Sheets, SharePoint) with requisition status.
  • Additional Support & Operations:
    • Promote consistent processes for onboarding, compliance, and communication workflows.
    • Manage special projects and operational tasks as directed by your manager.
Required Experience/Skills for the Recruiting Coordinator (Early Talent):
  • Experience: 1+ years of work experience.
  • Communication: can clearly articulate how to complete interview tasks and can effectively liaise with associates.
  • Empathy: understand how difficult the hiring process can be and step into the associate's shoes and show you care.
  • Curiosity: understand the association with effective questioning and listening. You are genuinely interested in helping.
  • Teacher: love sharing insight and knowledge and are patient and thoughtful when educating.

Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
