Conduct intake meetings with Accounting & Finance Candidates based on experiencePublish job ads on career pages, job boards and social mediaSource and contact passive Accounting & Finance Candidates onlineNetwork with Accounting & Finance Candidates offline during job fairs, networking eventsScreen resumes and job applicationsInterview Accounting & Finance Candidates (Zoom/In-Person) to build up network and provide to sales teamUpdate Candidates on hiring status for certain roles submitted toPrepare Candidates before interviews with clientsCreate talent pipelines with high-potential Accounting & Finance Candidates for future job opportunitiesKeep detailed records of Candidates' information and past feedback for future rolesManage a portfolio of Accounting & Finance Candidates and maintain good relationships with themAdhere to core activity metrics laid out by managementRequirements
BS/BA in business management or sales field preferredExcellent verbal and written communications and relationship-building skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced competitive sales environmentAbility to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detailDesire to grow and take on more responsibilitiesDesire to exceed metric benchmarks and become a top producer1+ Years' experience as a top producer from other staffing agency a plus but not requiredBenefits
