SeneGence is seeking a proactive, people-oriented Temporary/Seasonal Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. In this seasonal role, you'll support full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt positions while ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience. What You'll Do:
- Post job openings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify needs and schedule candidate interviews
- Maintain records and track progress in our applicant tracking system (ADP)
- Support pre-hire processes including offer letters, references, and background checks
- Champion a consistent and engaging candidate experience
What You Bring:
- 1-3 years of recruiting or HR support experience (agency or in-house)
- Experience with an ATS; ADP preferred
- Confidence in recruiting strategies, negotiation, and conversation with candidates and people leaders
- Strong relationship-building skills with candidates, managers, and HR peers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to represent the company professionally in all candidate interactions - including clear, grammatically correct correspondence
- Familiarity with a wide range of candidate sourcing channels; job analysis and experience leveraging an employer brand is required
