Recruiter/Staffing Advisor - Schaumburg, IL

Base salary + commission + bonus (total compensation averages $65,000 - $70,000 first year), full benefits, hybrid work schedule

Corporate Resources is a 30+ year-old staffing firm located in Schaumburg, IL. Our company's success is dependent on the quality of the work we do, which ultimately is dependent on the performance and quality of who we hire. Our administrative staff, managers, and recruiters are a team of high performing, goal-oriented employees. We are upbeat, supportive, and lively, with company sponsored events and optional out of office functions to celebrate milestones and holidays.

We are currently seeking a Recruiter/Staffing Advisor to join our growing team. Our new hire will be someone with a positive, confident personality and the desire to find a career, not just another job. We look for honesty, professionalism, and a past work history of stability, loyalty, and progression. This new hire will be trained on site, as we will immerse ourselves in your success.

You will learn –

• Our ever-growing client base and the many different job titles, functions, and expectations of openings we fill
• Where to source applicants, isolate quality talent, and screen resumes via phone
• The formal virtual interview process from start to finish, learning to “dig” when needed
• Matching candidates to our open positions based on both hard and soft skills required
• Scheduling client interviews, negotiating offers and delivering the offers to candidates
