In this role, youll focus on non-exempt recruiting for our Instruments division across the U.S., playing a key part in building strong teams that support our mission to make healthcare better.

  • Partner with TA resources to source candidates from diverse channels and build meaningful relationships with hiring managers, candidates, agency partners, and HRBPs.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels to identify trends, propose strategies, and resolve recruitment-related issues.
  • Promote a customer-centered culture by consulting with stakeholders and striving to exceed expectations through seamless and satisfying interactions.
  • Execute strategic recruitment plans and manage a high volume of requisitions for a dedicated functional area, contributing to overall strategy development.
  • Champion the recruitment process by leading strategy sessions, advising on best practices, legal developments, and market benchmarks.
  • Optimize the Applicant Tracking System to manage the candidate lifecycle and ensure compliance with employment regulations.
  • Use data and analytics to influence hiring decisions, evaluate selection tools, and drive proactive, innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Stay current on emerging recruitment trends and continuously improve effectiveness, quality, and efficiency in talent acquisition practices.

What You Need Required
  • Bachelor's Degree
Preferred
  • 1+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
$60,100 - $121,600 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors. This role will be posted for a minimum of 3 days.
