Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Recruiting team in Seattle. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with a team of recruiters and coordinators.
The Senior Technical Recruiter will act as the primary recruiting contact for one or more business units, significantly influencing the delivery of recruiting services. Key responsibilities include driving sourcing strategies, recommending process improvements, leading candidate negotiations, and partnering with team members to execute talent acquisition processes.
The ideal candidate should effectively manage, prioritize, and close searches within set timelines, and have experience establishing benchmarks and metrics. They should thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment, demonstrate strong business acumen, and build dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR partners. Exceptional skills in candidate sourcing, client management, organization, communication, prioritization, and customer focus are essential.
Core Responsibilities
Partner with hiring teams to develop effective sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies, managing customer expectations with a focus on return on investment.Collaborate with recruiting peers and cross-functional teams such as Compensation, HR, and Systems.Recruit passive candidates across all levels and develop sophisticated closing strategies centered on candidate fit and motivation.Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive research and relationship management; conduct in-depth interviews and anticipate hiring manager preferences.Contribute ideas and strategies for long-term company growth, implementing and refining recruiting processes to deliver high-quality results.Develop and articulate plans with clear deliverables and timelines, including formal tracking mechanisms.Screen, interview, and prepare candidate slates within appropriate timelines.Participate in special projects and initiatives to assess and improve interviewing techniques, sourcing, and talent identification.Required Skills
- 7+ years of recruiting experience in a tech environment
- Experience building effective relationships with hiring managers
- Proficiency in managing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships
- Experience with CTS/ATS systems for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
