As a Recruiter, you will be essential in matching client needs with top-quality candidates, ensuring a smooth hiring process from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Process employee applications and ensure all new hire paperwork is complete (application, I-9, W-4, direct deposit, health benefits, client onboarding documents)
Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to run reports, identify candidates, update employee records, and manage onboarding
Leverage recruiting tools including job posting platforms and text messaging software
Conduct pre-employment qualifications such as background checks, drug tests, reference checks, and certifications
Actively engage candidate leads to build a strong talent pipeline
Network and establish relationships to source top candidates
Create accurate, compliant job descriptions
Review resumes, conduct pre-screening and second interviews, and assist candidates with resume creation when needed
Write submittal paragraphs highlighting candidate qualifications discovered during interviews
Coordinate and schedule clientcandidate interviews, providing coaching as necessary
Extend job offers and negotiate terms when appropriate
Support payroll processes, including hours collection, reconciliation, and distribution
Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Proven experience in recruiting (staffing agency or in-house) or customer service
Strong interpersonal communication skills, including conflict resolution and working with diverse backgrounds
Highly organized with excellent multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Teams, Outlook) with intermediate computer skills
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and sourcing tools
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
Ability to assess candidate qualifications and make informed hiring recommendations based on client needs
Pay
$19.00$22.00 per hour DOE + commissions + bonus opportunities
