• Source, connect with and hire applicants ready to find their next great job opportunities in our Vermont communities!
• You will be able to continue building existing, and develop new, Spherion client relationships in the local communities.
• Grow in your talent acquisition career while working alongside our seasoned staffing team, all while being supported by and collaborating with peers across the country in other Spherion offices.

Qualifications

• Associates degree
• The ability to work independently, efficiently, and with a drive to fill jobs
• A knack for building professional client relationships is helpful
• Effective communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
