Recruiter - Light Industrial - CornerStone Staffing : Job Details

17th July, 2025Industrial Recruiter Cornerstone Staffing is looking to hire an experienced recruiter for our Skilled Trades & Industrial Management team, the Industrial Recruiter will ideally have previous recruiting experience. This is a full-time position, more details are below! Hours/Location for the Industrial Recruiter:

• Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm (Fridays off at 3:30 pm)
• Fully in-office position
• Office located off 144th & Center

Pay/Benefits for the Industrial Recruiter:

• $40,000 base salary
• 10% commission
• FULL benefits package: medical, vision, dental paid for by Cornerstone, LTD, STD, 401k + company match, 3 weeks of PTO

Responsibilities for the Industrial Recruiter:

• Recruit and source candidates for current and future job openings
• Complete in-person, virtual, and phone interviews with potential candidates
• Coordinating client interviews and prepping candidates
• Extending offers to candidates
• Working with other recruiters and account managers to collaborate on open roles
• Working on contract, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire placements
• Utilizing Indeed, LinkedIn, JobAdder, and other systems to find candidates

Requirements for the Industrial Recruiter:

• The preferred candidate will ideally have previous recruiting experience
• Preference will be given to candidates with industrial/manufacturing experience
• Must be familiar with sourcing techniques and interviewing candidates
• Must be self-motivated to hit KPI goals weekly and monthly
• Secondary education is not required, but preferred
