Under general supervision, provides technical assistance and consultation regarding recruitment activities and position management. Prepares and posts job announcements; reviews and screens applications and resumes. Coordinates and performs position data entry in HRMS. Researches and prepares data for position classification and other projects. Compiles HR-related data for analysis as needed for reports, HR documents, presentations, training and special projects. Conducts research on various HR-related topics and assists with preparation and distribution of communication materials. Conducts employment reference checks. Maintains Excel database and recruitment files. Composes reports and other correspondence as needed. Assists in coordinating materials needed to conduct training on HR related topics. Participates in trainings, meetings or presentations and other duties as assigned.
