Position: Recruiter

Salary: $90,000/yr Duration: Direct Hire

Summary of position:

We are currently seeking a high-caliber Recruiter within our clients team of experienced professionals. As a Recruiter, you will play a vital role in our company's growth by identifying, sourcing, and engaging top talent to join our team. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand the staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates. The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of internal recruiting experience, excellent communication skills, a strong ability to multitask, and a passion for connecting talented individuals with exciting career opportunities.

Requirements / Must Haves:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a recruiter within the industry preferred.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers to understand needs and effectively sell opportunities to candidates.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques including passive recruiting, Boolean searching, and cold calling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with initiative to improve processes.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms.

Job Duties:

• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through various channels: job boards, social media, passive searches, internal talent pools, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate records in ATS.
• Collaborate with leadership to forecast talent needs and develop recruiting plans.
• Stay informed on industry recruiting trends and best practices.
