Recruiter - Leapros Skilled Trades : Job Details

If you have been a SDR, BDR, AE, CX previously, come recruit, your phone calls will get answered!!

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Conduct interviews via phone
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
• Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
• Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails; put people to work and the rest will fall into place

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (ideally, computer savvy most important)
• Effective communication skills= can dominate the phones and move the needle
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills= Excel or otherwise
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
• High-energy and passion
• Demonstrated ability to meet quotas=Keep 30+ contractors out to work weekly
