Title: Recruiter III
Duration: 3 months
Location: New York, NY 10285
Pay Rate: $46.66 / Hourly
Responsibilities:
- Recruits, interviews, checks references, makes offers, and conducts orientation for new employees.
- Performs exit interviews and processes changes of employee status.
- May require a bachelor's degree in the area of specialty and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks.
- Works under general supervision.
- A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
- Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
Must have:
- 24 years of recruiting experience (corporate or agency).
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, and offer negotiations.
- Familiarity with onboarding and conducting orientations.
- Ability to conduct exit interviews and process employee status changes.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
