At WelbeHealth, you'll help inspire that magic by enabling our teams to push the limits of healthcare and well-being experiences and create the never-before-seen!As a member of the Talent team, the Recruiter will join our Human Resources department and oversee WelbeHealth's full cycle recruiting. Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures andhosting or participating in career events. Collaborates effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to promote the WelbeHealth values, team culture and mission.**At WelbeHealth you'll be responsible for:**+ Managing full-cycle recruiting for census-driven clinical and operational roles in our PACE markets including sourcing, scheduling, and closing candidates.+ Partnering with market managers and leadership to implement recruitment strategies.+ Building and nurturing a network of qualified candidates.+ Supporting the implementation of strategies to identify and recruit qualified passive and active candidates.\+ Tracking and managing candidate communication and interview process using our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse).+ Participating in employer branding initiatives to elevate WelbeHealth employer brand and grow pipeline.+ Supporting interview teams on interviewing strategies and best practices.+ Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.+ Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).+ Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and inperson interviews.+ Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.+ Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements.+ Lead employer branding initiatives.+ Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.+ Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.+ Develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.+ Train team members on HR systems related to compensation and benefits.+ Provide status reports to leaders as requested.+ Create strong talent pipelines for WelbeHealth's current and future hiring needs.+ Follow WelbeHealth policies and procedures and participate in any required Quality Improvement activities, staff training and meetings.+ Deep commitment to helping unlock the potential of our most valuable seniors**Your qualifications:**+ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field.+ Valid State Driver's License with a clean DMV record.+ Copy of recent Vehicle Insurance required.+ Minimum of 2 years' experience in recruiting, with previous success in sourcing and filling clinical roles.+ Strong knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting processes including: sourcing, qualifying, networking, closing, salary trends, and relationship management.+ Prior experience in an agency environment plus in-house recruiting preferred.+ Knowledge of and an interest in current healthcare recruiting practices.+ Minimum of 2 years' of experience in administrative role.+ Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively+ Ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail+ Outstanding written and oral communication skills+ Computer literacy skills including working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.+ Excellent organizational and communication skills.+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision+ Demonstrated ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.+ Experience and competency working with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.**COVID-19 Vaccination Policy**At WelbeHealth, our mission is to unlock the full potential of our vulnerable seniors.
