Required Qualifications:+ 8+ years of sourcing/recruiting experience with the ability to meet predetermined metrics+ Prior experience in the staffing industry or Corporate TA+ Experience with proactively utilizing sourcing techniques (e.g. direct sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, Talent Neuron , networking, talent mapping, etc.) to identify passive candidates+ Extensive knowledge of technology (Boolean search logic, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word),+ Superb verbal and written communication skills+ Excellent organizational skills.+ Able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment+ Understands or works in technology or IT background , individual should come from technical recruiting backgroundsalary: $45 - $48.28 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4 PMeducation: BachelorResponsibilities+ Work with TA recruiting team to understand hiring needs and create sourcing plans for critical open positions+ Develop and implement sourcing strategies to source qualified candidates on a proactive basis+ Utilizing variety of platforms to direct source (passive) candidates+ Creatively leverage Social Media platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, employee referrals, and internet Boolean searches to network and build professional network+ Deliver exceptional candidate experience and ensuring candidates are effectively pre-screened before presenting into the recruitment process with the key stakeholders+ Work independently to develop and maintain candidate flow and pipeline+ Create and update talent pipelines to reflect where candidates are in status as it relates to future hiring needs, follow ups, etc.+ Track and maintain timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions in the databaseSkills+ RecruitingQualifications+ Years of experience: 8 years+ Experience level: ExperiencedRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
