Clayton Services, a Houston-based 40-year-old staffing and recruiting firm, is searching for a Recruiter to join our growing team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting efforts, primarily focused on high-volume administrative and light industrial positions. Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
- Recruit for high-volume administrative and/or light industrial roles.
- Utilize job boards such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn to source candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet client hiring needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients and candidates, ensuring excellent service throughout the hiring process.
- Meet recruiting goals and deadlines in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to support long-term partnerships.
- Other duties as assigned.
Recruiter Skills and Abilities:
- Strong sales mentality with the drive to meet and exceed goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.
- Strong computer proficiency; tech-savvy and comfortable working with multiple platforms.
- Extremely resourceful with a proactive, high-energy, positive, can-do attitude.

Recruiter Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 1+ years of recruiting experience required, preferably in high-volume administrative or light industrial staffing.
- Staffing or recruiting agency experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with ATS and CRM systems.
- Experience with AI tools.
- Experience sourcing candidates through job boards and online recruiting tools.
