Recruiter - ICONMA : Job Details

Our Client, a Materials Engineering company, is looking for a Recruiter for their Santa Clara, CA location.Responsibilities:

• Support the end-of-the-end recruiting process for high-volume roles and university candidates, ensuring efficiency and quality in every stage.
• Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance the university recruiting process, including sourcing strategies, campus events, and candidate engagement tactics.
• Adapt quickly to changes in recruitment priorities and market conditions, adjusting strategies as needed to meet hiring goals.
• Screen candidate resumes, assessing their qualifications for various positions within the organization.
• Coordinate and facilitate interviews and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers, driving alignment on candidate selection.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment data in the applicant tracking system.
• Collaborate closely with the University Relations Campus Manager to execute campus strategies and foster relationships with target universities.
• Serve as a campus owner for several key universities, building strong relationships with university staff, faculty, and student group leaders.
• Drive the attraction, development, and overall success of our university recruiting efforts, with a focus on high-volume recruitment and innovation.

Requirements:

• 1-4 years' experience in high-volume full lifecycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices, with a focus on high-volume recruiting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
• Experience maintaining relationships with key business stakeholders.
• Bachelor's Degree Required Yes or No No
• Years of experience Entry Level 1-5 years
• Technical Skills Required: Previous Recruiting experience, sourcing experience
• Desired: University Recruiting experience
• Desired: Strong Excel experience
