Position Overview: As a Recruiter, you will report to a Recruiting Manager and be responsible for full cycle of recruiting activity on assigned openings. This will include sourcing candidates, interview scheduling, and managing candidate communications. This role is crucial in helping our organization meet its staffing needs effectively and efficiently within an assigned period as we move towards full production. The Recruiter for the Magnetics team will play a key role in supporting the staffing needs of our Fort Worth, TX manufacturing facility, ensuring that all recruiting efforts align with staffing demands. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing a variety of positions including critical engineering roles. Position Responsibilities:
  • Support organization with management of full cycle recruiting activities for the Magnetics team including planning for increased periods of hiring, sourcing candidates, interviewing, screening, coordinating the selection and offer process, supporting hiring requirements, and onboarding as needed.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand operations to define candidate talent requirements and sourcing approach.
  • On-going review of recruiting processes, methods, and tools to ensure alignment with staffing needs.
  • Attend identified recruiting events when needed.
  • Develop constructive relationships with professional, educational, and other relevant organizations to establish a talent pipeline.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) including posting positions, reviewing applications, closing postings, dispositioning candidates, and other functional requirements.
  • Adhere to appropriate and effective interviewing procedures with proficiency in technical, behavioral, and other requirements to evaluate the roles and candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate and internal customer experience throughout the recruiting cycle.
  • Partner with HR cross functional teams with onboarding and other activities within the recruiting cycle.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Previous full cycle recruiting experience in agency or corporate environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or relevant experience in recruiting or staffing.
  • Able to operate with a heightened sense of urgency.
  • Experience using an ATS (e.g., ADP, Workday, PeopleSoft, etc.) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Ability to source active and passive candidates.
  • Demonstrated customer service mindset.
  • Ability to effectively partner with HR cross functional teams, business operations, and other stakeholders within the business.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management, and responsiveness. • Experience recruiting specialized and operational positions.
Desired Qualities:
  • Experience and/or strong knowledge of overall HR practices, such as talent management, compensation, and benefits.
  • Recruiting experience within industrial/manufacturing environments.
  • Experience recruiting on a local and national scale.
  • General project management skills.
  • Strong proficiency of Microsoft Office suite.
