Position Summary: The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to meet organizational needs. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience. The Recruiter also maintains the applicant tracking system, ensures compliance with hiring policies, and contributes to employer branding initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sources candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
- Develops and posts open job positions on various platforms.
- Screens resumes, conducts initial interviews, and assesses candidate qualifications.
- Partners with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and hiring criteria.
- Facilitates the offer process, including salary negotiations and onboarding coordination.
- Executes training for managers on interviewing and the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Oversees the internship program.
- Manages any assessment testing given to applicants, which includes creating the tests and sending them out to the candidates.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS.
- Handles candidate communications and ensures a smooth and professional recruitment experience.
- Monitors recruitment metrics and provides regular reports on the hiring process.
- Coordinates interviews with hiring teams and candidates.
- Assists as needed with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
- Attends and participates in college job fairs and other recruiting events.
- Assists with new hire orientation as needed.
- Promotes the Company's brand through recruitment marketing strategies.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field is required. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
- At least two years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition is required.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.) is required.
