We're partnering with a client in search of a motivated and resourceful Recruiter to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis. This is a full-cycle recruiting role focused on sourcing and placing candidates across a variety of roles and departments. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, using multiple sourcing tools, and building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike. Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance
- Use a variety of platforms and tools to identify and engage candidates at all levels
- Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and support hiring managers throughout the process
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with hiring procedures
- Represent the company professionally while working on-site and interacting with internal teams
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of prior recruiting experience
- Familiarity with sourcing tools, job boards, and applicant tracking systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Interest in long-term growth and development within the recruiting field
Pay Details: $23.00 to $33.00 per hour
