Recruiter - Mayo Clinic : Job Details

The HR Recruiter is responsible in performing full cycle recruitment (from creation to hire) primarily for all clinical and allied health positions; collaborating with management to determine and address staffing needs; implementing recruitment and retention strategies in coordination with the hospitals strategic plan that successfully reduces vacancy and avoids interim labor costs/agency fees. Licensure and Certification:N/ A - Education:BA/ BS degree in human resources, business, communications or other related discipline preferred. Experience:Minimum three (3) years recruiting/sourcing experience for non-exempt and exempt level positions in a mid-sized hospital or healthcare company.
