Description Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and post job ads on Indeed, Apploi, social media, and other platforms
- Proactively source caregiver candidates through job fairs, community events, and outreach
- Review applications, screen candidates, and schedule interviews
- Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person/video interviews
- Manage applicant tracking and documentation
- Coordinate onboarding paperwork, background checks, and credential verifications
- Build relationships with schools, training programs, and referral partners
- Maintain a consistent caregiver pipeline to meet client needs
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, or HR (home care or healthcare preferred)
- Knowledge of caregiver qualifications, state regulations, and credentialing
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems and job boards
- Passion for helping others and supporting care teams
