Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the company.
Job Postings: Create and manage job postings on various job boards and social media platforms.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
Networking: Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and relationship-building.
Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in oil/gas. (Open to manufacturing, RPO, or any related full life cycle recruiting experience) Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. (Workday is a plus ATS we use) Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience with stakeholder engagement (Intake calls for new job requisitions/Debriefs etc.) Experience supporting attraction strategies (Sourcing/Advertising/LinkedIn etc.) Experience supporting Hourly/Salary hiring (must be willing to support hourly hiring as there will be a mix of both but my team specifically will be heavier on the hourly side)
