Location:Lake Geneva, WI Salary: Commission or Base Pay + Commission, Bonuses, and uncapped income; first year OTE$50k - $90k

CPS, Inc. is looking for professionals withagency/external recruiting and outside sales experience to hire.

What You'll Do

• Be a Full-Cycle Recruiter
• Identify and win new clients through outbound outreach
• Build long-term client partnerships
• Source, interview, and place top-tier candidates for clients

Requirements

• You have experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
• You love chasing (and closing) new business
• You're self-motivated and entrepreneurial

Preferences

• Recruiting experience for an external recruiting firm
• Motivation for commission work
