Contract Recruiter Job Description The Contract Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for contract positions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruiting, customer service, and have a strong understanding of the contract staffing industry. Responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates through a variety of channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking
- Screening candidates for job fit and qualifications
- Interviewing candidates and presenting them to clients
- Negotiating contracts with candidates and clients
- Managing the onboarding process for new hires
- Providing ongoing support to clients and candidates
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 3-10 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in the contract staffing industry
- Strong understanding of the contract staffing industry and the different types of contracts available
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
