Responsibilities

• Source & Attract: Use creative strategies to find and engage top-tier mortgage professionals.
• Screen & Select: Evaluate resumes, conduct interviews, and guide candidates through a seamless hiring journey.
• Collaborate & Communicate: Partner with hiring managers and HR to forecast needs and deliver results.
• Own the Process: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle-from job posting to offer acceptance-with professionalism and care.
• Champion Compliance: Ensure every hire meets regulatory and company standards.
• Elevate the Experience: Deliver a candidate experience that reflects our values and culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (required)
• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in mortgage or financial services
• Deep understanding of mortgage operations, roles, and compliance
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment
