In this role, you'll partner closely with hiring managers to attract top talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
What You'll Do: - Manage high-volume full life-cycle recruiting across assigned business units.
- Develop and deliver diverse candidate slates using innovative sourcing strategies.
- Conduct interviews to assess knowledge, skills, and cultural fit.
- Guide hiring managers with expert recommendations based on candidate evaluations.
- Coordinate phone screens, interviews, and technical assessments.
- Oversee the offer process, including negotiations and onboarding preparation.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
What You Bring: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business or Human Resources.
- 5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate, high-volume setting.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Industry experience (energy/utilities) is a plus.
