We're passionate about hiring top talent who thrive in our fast-paced environment and make an impact across the entire Roofstock ecosystem.About The RoleRoofstock is seeking a talented and proactive Recruiter to partner with our leaders across various departments with experience hiring Operations (mix of non-exempt and exempt workforce). You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for positions across various departments with a focus, mostly on domestic roles but with experience also supporting international hiring as well. You will partner closely with both internal stakeholders and candidates through creative hiring strategies and strong communication skills that result in a high impact on our business operations.Responsibilities

• Execute and manage full-cycle recruiting:
• strategically partner with operational hiring leaders
• source, screen, and schedule candidates
• analyze interview data
• own closing and offer process
• ensure smooth onboarding through People Operations partnership
• Establish and maintain trusting relationships cross-functional partners across Talent & Culture, Strategic Finance, Legal, and others
• Deliver qualified, diverse pipelines for active roles, as well as actively network and establish strong relationships internally and externally
• Contribute ideas toward the continuous improvement of recruiting processes, inclusive hiring strategies, and best practices

Qualifications

• 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience (or a mix of corporate/agency experience)
• 2+ years start-up experience required
• 3+ years experience working with a company size of 500+ employees, including non-exempt and international workforce
• Experience identifying, engaging and closing direct and passive candidates
• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
• Strong time management in handling multiple priorities, managing hiring initiatives, and meeting deadlines
• Possess a data driven mindset
• Strong proficiency with Greenhouse ATS required
• Experience working in G-Suite, Slack, Jira, Okta, Macbooks
