The Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Recruiter to join our Talent team. You will execute high-quality talent searches, professionalize our in-house recruitment, and work closely with senior leadership and portfolio company teams to ensure a strategic hiring process. Your focus will be on sourcing and engaging top executive talent to enhance our searches.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Talent team members and work closely with hiring managers and founders to deliver excellent service.
  • Conduct deep sourcing efforts to identify top-tier candidates across industries.
  • Develop market mapping and pipelines for leadership roles.
  • Lead outreach and engagement with potential candidates.
  • Participate in weekly meetings with portfolio hiring teams, providing updates and insights.
  • Utilize tools like LinkedIn Recruiter to optimize sourcing workflows.
  • Continuously improve sourcing strategies and communication practices.
  • Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years of experience in executive search or similar high-level recruiting roles.
  • Experience supporting executive searches in high-growth tech companies, especially in software, internet, or consumer sectors.
  • Strong sourcing skills and experience managing candidate pipelines.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple searches with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic mindset and process improvement focus.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to evolving needs.
