Description: The Recruiter plays a key role within the Human Resources function responsible for full life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, preparing and extending offer, and ensuring a strong onboarding experience for candidates. The Recruiter is also responsible for maintaining the necessary documentation to comply with local, state and federal regulations. Our team works closely with both the HR Business Partners, as well as the hiring managers, to align recruiting efforts and outcomes with business goals and objectives. This role will be based in our Bridgewater, NJ office, which is afforded the ability to work a hybrid schedule (3 days on-site, 2 days remote work each week). It will support our Corporate Functions (including Finance, Legal, IT) as well as our Commercial functions (including Specialty Commercial, Institutional, Biosimilars and the related shared services).

The Recruiter is also responsible for maintaining the necessary documentation to comply with local, state and federal regulations. This role will be based in our Bridgewater, NJ office, which is afforded the ability to work a hybrid schedule (3 days on-site, 2 days remote work each week). Essential Functions:
- Manages full life cycle recruiting for assigned clients/locations including:
- Collaborating with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to develop successful candidate profiles through intake and strategy discussions;
- Sourcing candidates through multiple sources, including LinkedIn, Indeed and our current database;
- Providing hiring managers with diverse candidate slates;
- Conducting virtual screens based on predetermined qualifications; and
- Scheduling interviews and managing the entire candidate process, including offer negotiations and closing.
- Maintains and manages relationships with recruiting agencies, professional networks, local universities and specialized colleges to develop a pipeline for candidates and graduates.
- Maintains applicant tracking system to ensure accurate records for applicant flow reporting.
- Partners with additional internal support teams such as Training and Development, Operations, IT and Human Resources to ensure a seamless on-boarding process for new hires.
Qualifications Education:
- Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) in Human Resources, Business/Business Administration or closely related field - Required
Experience:
- At least 3 years in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition - Required.
- Recent previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
- Previous experience recruiting for commercially-focused roles preferred.
Skills:
- Full life cycle recruiting, including candidate management.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence while interacting and partnering with all levels of management.
- Demonstrated skill in all aspects of recruiting such as networking, sourcing, qualifying, screening, negotiations/closing and relationship management.
- Proven organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Exceptional time management; proactive with a strong sense of urgency.
- Proven ability to be adaptable and consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, changing work environment.
- Proven ability to take initiative, use consultative skills and build strong, productive relationships.
- A track record of demonstrating a strong work ethic, integrity and personal accountability.
Specialized Knowledge:
- Knowledge of state and federal employment laws, compensation, organization planning, employee relations, safety, training, benefits, and recruitment.
The base salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $95,000 per year. In addition, Amneal offers a short-term incentive opportunity, such as a bonus or performance-based award, with this position within the first 12 months. Amneal ranges reflect the Companys good faith estimate of what Amneal reasonably believes that it will pay for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors, including but not limited to, qualifications, experience, geographic location and other relevant skills.
