SUMMARY
The Recruiter is responsible for meeting hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. The recruiter manages the full life cycle of the recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and facilitating offers and negotiations, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Source candidates using various search methods to build a strong candidate pipeline.Screen candidates by reviewing resumes, applications, and conducting phone screenings.Design and manage candidate experience initiatives.Develop job postings, descriptions, and requirements.Perform reference checks as needed.Facilitate the offer process, including extending offers and negotiating employment terms.Manage onboarding and new hire processes.Stay updated on recruiting trends and best practices.Oversee the interview, selection, and closing process.Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations during screening, hiring, and selection.Perform other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The following requirements are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Preferred 2 years of recruiting experience.
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to establish effective, trustworthy working relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to make independent decisions.
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems.
- Ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with diverse sourcing avenues.
