  • Experience: 2+ years in full-cycle recruiting in corporate or agency settings
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
  • Tech-savvy with a problem solving attitude
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience with ATS platforms like Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of employment laws, talent sourcing strategies, and screening best practices
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing deadlines and multiple roles
  • Demonstrated flexibility and accountability in a fast-moving talent environment
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruiting across assigned roles and departments
  • Source qualified, diverse candidates through digital platforms and strategic outreach
  • Conduct resume reviews, virtual interviews, and present candidate recommendations
  • Partner with hiring managers to build job postings and define search strategies
  • Negotiate and extend offers while coordinating handoffs to the onboarding team
  • Track candidate activity, maintain organized pipelines, and meet KPI targets
  • Provide hiring process guidance to stakeholders while ensuring compliance
  • Support college recruiting or local hiring events as needed
  • Contribute to HR projects during slower recruiting periods
