Top Job Located in Kennewick, WA Salary: $22.00 to $25.00We are currently seeking a Recruiter/Community Engagement Specialist on behalf of one of our clients.Position:This is a full-time position with an hourly rate of $22.00 to $25.00.Position Summary:The role involves implementing effective recruiting strategies to increase awareness and participation through school events, community activities, and other organizations. Responsibilities include following up on leads, converting prospects to members, and collaborating with the membership team on member development. The position requires travel (at least 65%) across northern Idaho and parts of eastern Washington, with some evening and weekend hours.Primary Responsibilities:- Achieve membership growth goals by executing targeted recruitment strategies. - Organize and participate in recruitment events such as school open houses, community fairs, library events, and other outreach activities. - Prepare reports on activity, follow-up, and goal progress. - Use the organization's customer relationship management system to support lead follow-up. - Build partnerships with community leaders, organizations, and businesses to support recruitment efforts. - Promote inclusivity by delivering messages of diversity and pluralism. - Follow up promptly on leads and referrals, preparing for conversations with potential members. - Promote council-wide programs to support growth. - Use active listening and questioning techniques to engage with prospects and identify needs. - Present the value of membership in a way that resonates with potential members. - Manage leads effectively, drive toward meeting goals, and confidently ask for commitments. - Perform additional duties as assigned.Qualifications:- Sales experience preferred. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. - Valid driver's license and proof of insurance. - Ability to work evenings and weekends. - Bilingual skills are a plus. - Passion for working with girls, volunteers, and the community, with an understanding of the nonprofit environment. - Proficiency in computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Ability to learn new technologies and understand data quality principles. - Willingness to embrace the principles and philosophy of the organization.MORE WAYS TO APPLY! • Call our office 509-###-#### for a phone interview today!• Download the ExpressJobs App and apply directly from your mobile device.• Complete an online application at www.expresspros.com Our location:7014 W Okanogan Pl.Kennewick, WA 99336(509)###-#####2907OSExpress Office: Kennewick 7014 Okanogan PlaceKennewick, WA 99336
