Position Summary: The Recruiter Assistant plays a key administrative and operational role within the recruitment team. This position supports Recruiters in onboarding and coordinating candidates for various healthcare assignments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Recruiters in performing job fairs and hiring events.
• Schedule and handle onboarding appointments
• Coordinate and track the completion of onboarding tasks, including credentialing, drug screens, background checks, and employment paperwork.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our systems.
• Communicate with candidates regarding required documentation.
• Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team, including data entry, document collection, and email follow-ups.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-up with candidates to keep the hiring process moving efficiently.
• Support recruiters with weekly reporting and candidate pipeline updates.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-2 years of administrative, or customer service experience; healthcare staffing experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Professional and friendly demeanor, with a customer service mindset.
