Position Summary:
Join the Origami team as our Recreational Therapy Supervisor, where you'll play a pivotal role in transforming lives through innovative and meaningful therapeutic recreation services! Under the guidance of the Clinical Manager, you will design, coordinate, and evaluate individualized treatment plans that focus on both structured onsite activities and community integration, empowering clients to achieve their fullest potential. In this leadership role, you'll also oversee and mentor the Recreational Therapy Aide, fostering their growth and ensuring seamless support for client-centered services. Your work will be central to enhancing the quality of life for each client, ensuring that care is tailored, impactful, and aligned with our mission, vision, and core values. Responsibilities
Develop therapeutic treatment plans based on clients' interests, abilities, and needs.
Document client information including session notes, progress notes, and treatment plans per organization and insurance requirements.
Provide Recreational Therapy to individuals and groups .
Lead strategic development of recreational therapy initiatives.
Oversee the Recreational Therapy Aide .

One to four years of related experience in clinical rehabilitation and/or supervisory position
Experience in working with neurological conditions
