Recreation Leader - City of East Point Georgia : Job Details

This position is responsible for the organization and leadership of a variety of recreation activities including, but not limited to, Senior, After School and Day Camp programs. Major Duties - Organizes, promotes, teaches and conducts a variety of recreation activities, such as arts and crafts, sports and games, music, dance, drama, nature study, and special events; - Assists in organizing, promoting and directing tournaments, shows, social exhibits, festivals and special events; - Supervises an assigned functional area of the center, such as gymnasium, athletic field, game room, crafts room, etc.; - Coordinates and assists in conducting organizational and Citywide events; - Plans a variety of activities catering to different age groups and varying degrees of participant skills; - Performs other related duties as assigned.
