Now Hiring: Full-Time Recovery Support SpecialistLocation: Granite Recovery Center | New HampshirePosition Type: Full-Time | Various Shifts AvailableAre you passionate about helping others and making a real difference in the lives of those recovering from substance use disorders? Granite Recovery Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate Recovery Support Specialists (RSS) to provide hands-on, non-clinical support to our clients throughout their recovery journey. Position OverviewAs a Recovery Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day care and supervision of our clients. You'll offer support, encouragement, and accountability rooted in the 12-Step recovery model, helping clients build life skills, navigate challenges, and stay on the path to lasting sobriety. Key Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour direct supervision and enforce program policies and procedures
• Support clients through daily challenges using 12-Step principles in real-life applications
• Monitor and document medication administration and client behavior
• Assist with client admissions and discharges, including searches and paperwork
• Transport clients to 12-Step meetings, medical appointments, and the gym
• Attend and take notes during clinical groups when necessary
• Serve as a liaison between clients and clinicians
• Identify and redirect behavior that may impede recovery
• Demonstrate and promote the company's Mission, Vision, and Values

✅ Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (NH required)
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
• Experience in a substance abuse setting preferred
• Understanding of the 12-Step recovery process a plus
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency and documentation abilities
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and complete daily task lists
• Organized, dependable, and team-oriented
