Location:Gardner, MA - North Central Correctional Institute Schedule:Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM Pay rate:$21.63/hour

The Recovery Support Navigator:

• Provides non-clinical services to engage, educate and support patients seeking treatment upon release and their families in order to motivate and maintain them in culturally relevant behavioral health services in the community.
• This engagement begins pre-release, and the support continues after the patient is released and returns to the community.
