Job SummaryThe Recovery & Resolution Planning (RRP) team sits within the Corporate Treasury & Chief Investment Office (CTC) as part of the Treasury function. The RRP team is a firmwide function responsible for maintaining the Firm's Global and International Recovery and Resolution plans for the company and its material legal entities. These plans are required by the Firm's US and international regulators, and demonstrate how the we would operate when faced with material financial distress or failure of the company or material legal entities.
As an Executive Director within the RRP team, you will play an important role in developing the resolution plans for our bank holding company and our insured depository institution subsidiary. You will also act as the primary authority on US recovery & resolution (R&R) planning rule requirements and supervisory expectations, which will include offering strategic guidance, interpreting rules, and supporting the firm's advocacy efforts in relation to R&R planning. You will also lead a team tasked with maintaining the firm's R&R capabilities and contingent actions inventories and the associated testing and assurance frameworks, and the execution of central testing and assurance activities managed by the RRP team.
